About the Role
This is a part-time role focused on agent measurement and improvement within the healthcare domain. You will instrument how our healthcare AI Employees perform in production, identify areas where quality breaks down, and design experiments to close those gaps. This involves partnering with clinical experts to ensure improvements translate into better patient outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong analytical judgment.
- Python for agent lead development.
- Comfort operating with incomplete information.
- Genuine interest in the healthcare domain.
Qualifications
- Clinical experience is valued but not required.
Engagement Details
- Structured as a paid internship or contract engagement.
- Weekly syncs in our Bay Area office.
