About the Role
Sarvam Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a result-oriented Sales Executive to expand its residential, commercial and industrial (C&I) solar business. The role covers lead generation, customer meetings, solar solution sales, proposal coordination and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, networking and digital inquiries.
- Identify homeowners, businesses and industrial customers for rooftop solar EPC projects.
- Meet prospects, assess requirements and review electricity bills for preliminary system sizing.
- Explain solar savings, project economics, government subsidies and financing options where applicable.
- Coordinate quotations and technical-commercial proposals with the engineering team.
- Follow up consistently, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Develop referral networks with builders, architects, property owners and channel partners.
- Maintain CRM / sales records, share activity reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate customer handovers with the project execution team after order confirmation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or diploma holder in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of direct / field sales experience.
- Experience in rooftop solar, renewable energy, electrical products or industrial sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic ability to understand electricity bills and communicate solar ROI / cost savings.
- Comfortable with independent field travel and disciplined follow-up.
- Hindi required and basic English preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
