Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales performance across multiple clinic branches to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Drive business growth through lead conversion, client acquisition, repeat sales, renewals, and package upgrades.
• Monitor branch-wise sales performance, revenue, conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Guide and motivate Branch Managers, Slimming Consultants, and other team members to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular branch visits to review operations, staff performance, customer experience, and service quality.
• Ensure effective lead management, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client retention.
• Review daily sales reports, opening and closing reports, and branch performance dashboards.
• Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, treatment protocols, customer service standards, and operational policies.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of branch teams.
• Identify underperforming branches and implement corrective action plans to improve sales and profitability.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the corporate team, management, and franchise partners to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall branch readiness.
• Submit periodic sales performance reports, business reviews, and action plans to senior management.
