About the Role

Fifth Avenue Co. is seeking a full-time, entry-level Sales and Marketing Assistant for immediate hire. This role contributes to the planning and execution of field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing methodology to drive sales strategies. Through company-provided hands-on training, you will help develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• In-person fieldwork with direct consumers to drive marketing and sales numbers.
• Direct engagement with consumers in person.
• Assistance with organizing promotional events.
• Maintaining organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
• Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Professional demeanor and articulate in conversation.
• Already living within commutable distance to NYC and ready to work full time.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
