About the Role

The Owner role at Techjose is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will oversee daily business operations, including managing key projects, supervising core functions, and ensuring that all activities align with the company’s goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, active engagement with teams, and consistent presence on-site to support smooth operations and sustainable growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications

• Strong business management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience overseeing operations, finances, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Chennai, maintain a consistent presence, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, senior manager, or business owner is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in business, management, finance, technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
