About the Role
Omega Healthcare is conducting a Walk-In Drive for Freshers for the position of Voice Process Accounts Receivable (AR). This is an opportunity for graduates to build a career in the US Healthcare / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

Shift & Working Days
- Shift: Night Shift
- Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Cab Facility: Pick-up & Drop Facility Available
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
- Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims, and outstanding balances.
- Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and claim-related information.
- Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Meet process quality, productivity, and communication standards.
- Training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Any Degree
- Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
