HR Apprentice, EM HO

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to support data-driven decision-making through HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting, and the delivery of employee lifecycle processes. This role provides exposure to HR analytics, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection, validation, and analysis of people data across functions.
• Develop HR dashboards, reports, and insights to aid decision-making.
• Track HR operational metrics, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Maintain HR data integrity through periodic audits and ensuring accuracy of employee information in SAP-HR and other HR systems.
• Support induction, employee documentation, and exit management processes for a seamless employee experience.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, communication activities, and HR events.
• Prepare people analytics, workforce reports, and management presentations to support HR reviews and business discussions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAP-HR, HRIS platforms, and digital HR tools is preferred.
• Ability to generate meaningful insights from HR data and metrics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ownership, results-oriented, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Science/Pharma/Engg graduate + MBA/Master degree in Management (preferably Human Resources Management).
• Minimum work experience: Exposure to HR operations, processes through internships, preferably within the Pharma industry.
