About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months of telesales experience
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Own laptop or desktop
- Own headset with microphone
- Stable high-speed internet
- Quiet workspace at home
Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors are encouraged to apply:
- BPO and telecalling
- DSA, loan sales and financial services
- Trading platforms and client acquisition
- Customer support and call centres
- E-commerce customer service, including Amazon customer care
- Domestic or international voice processes
- Outbound sales and lead conversion
