This is a full-time, on-site Facade Designer role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed facade design concepts.
• Translate facade design concepts into accurate shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate cladding and glazing details.
• Review architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure facade systems meet performance, safety, and aesthetic requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and site teams to resolve design issues.
• Optimize material usage.
• Support timely project delivery.
• Participate in technical reviews.
• Support quality assurance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of facade design standards and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Facade and Facade Design, with an understanding of facade systems and their performance requirements.
• Skills in Cladding and Glazing, including detailing, material selection, and installation considerations.
• Skills in Shop Drawings, including preparing, reviewing, and coordinating drawings with architectural and structural plans.
• Proficiency in CAD or relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) for facade detailing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, engineering, and site execution teams.
• Experience in facade design for commercial, residential, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
