About the Role

ISMA is the apex association of private sugar mills and the largest consortium of sugar and bio-energy manufacturers in India. We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing and Communication team.

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month, up to ₹15,000 based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for our social media platforms
• Assist with editing videos, reels and motion graphics
• Design layouts for reports, presentations and communication materials
• Support ongoing branding and creative projects
• Contribute ideas to content planning

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or RunwayML
• A basic understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling
• Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia and Animation, or Communication Design or Mass Communication with design experience.
• Certifications in Adobe Suite, Motion Graphics or UI/UX are also welcome.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a short design assignment as part of the selection process.
