About the Role

Ripple is expanding in Houston and seeking ambitious graduates for a Graduate Management Trainee opportunity. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn business operations, develop practical leadership skills, and progress into management responsibilities. The program combines in-house training, hands-on commercial experience, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns, working with brands in the telecommunications and financial technology sectors.
• Gain exposure to:
• Sales & Marketing: Understanding customer acquisition, brand representation, and campaign delivery.
• Business Operations: Learning how campaigns are organized, measured, and improved.
• Team Leadership: Developing coaching, communication, and people management skills.
• Performance Management: Understanding targets, business metrics, and commercial decision-making.
• Management Development: Gradually taking on greater responsibility.

Program & Development

• Structured in-house training program designed to build skills progressively.
