This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in Mayur Vihar.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys by researching legal issues.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation.
• Prepare case files.
• Organize documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Attend client meetings.
• Support hearings and proceedings as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and staff to help deliver timely, high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal procedures.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating legal issues, assessing risks, and proposing solutions.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and manage Legal Issues across different practice areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); advanced legal qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Comfort working on-site in Mayur Vihar and collaborating in a team-based environment.
