Senior Analyst, Credit Administration

Job Purpose

Handle post-sanction activities within the credit framework for Large Corporates, ensuring adherence to credit, regulatory, legal, and product guidelines before disbursement. This role involves extensive due diligence and monitoring of credit conditions, managing limits, covenants, collateral, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a range of products including working capital, term loans, NCDs, investment limits, portfolio buyouts, and commercial paper for Large Corporate and FIG segments.
• Verify that all credit appraisals are adequately approved and conform to internal and RBI guidelines.
• Guide and mentor processing staff to ensure error-free and timely processing.
• Check for breaches of statutory/internal exposure limits.
• Ensure enforceable legal documentation for credit facilities, adhering to legal guidance and standard formats.
• Involve in security creation, including mortgages, pledges, and hypothecations.
• Ensure compliance with all conditions precedent prior to disbursement.
• Provide clearance for disbursement through LSM/DM to Loan Operations.
• Set up processes or modify existing ones to mitigate operational risk.
• Coordinate with the Loan Operations team for seamless transaction processing.
• Ensure tracking of various covenants and deferrals in the system.
• Liaise with Business Teams, Legal, and Credit for timely and quality deliverables by resolving issues and answering queries.
• Ensure safe custody and retrieval of loan documents.
