About the Role
Performance Paint and Dent is hiring Detailers who bring skill, reliability, and sharp attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final finish/detail on deliveries, including cleaning windows, cleaning upholstery, polishing, waxing.
- Use of high-speed buffers and polishers to properly detail the exterior surfaces.
- Car washing, steam cleaning and deodorizing interiors.
- Applying protective agents to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Removing dust, grease and oil from exterior surfaces.
- Promote a positive work attitude - exceed customer expectations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of proper products for safe detailing of vehicles including but not limited to cleaners for various surfaces, degreasers, and waxes.
Qualifications
- Able to work independently or within a team.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Always practice work safety.
- Must be coachable.
- Timely completion of work.
- Driver's license with a driving record that will allow you to drive customers and company vehicles.
This Position is Full-Time.
Shop hours are Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
Alternating Saturdays!
$14.00 - $16.00 Per Hour.
