About the Role
As a Proprietor at Freeze My Property, you will oversee the overall business operations, including property acquisition, portfolio management, and client relationship development in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating with property owners and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, documentation, and risk management.
- Lead and mentor staff.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and real estate professionals.
- Drive marketing and business development initiatives to expand the client base.
- Set strategic goals and track performance.
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Real estate, property investment, or property management experience.
- Strong understanding of local Mumbai market dynamics.
- Proficiency in business operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Capacity to make informed, timely decisions.
- Comfort with using digital tools for property listings, CRM, documentation, and basic data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
