About the Role
Viral Vichaar is a creative ad agency focused on producing viral short-form video content that helps brands achieve significant visibility and growth. As a Production Executive (Ad Agency) in this full-time remote role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of short video campaigns, from initial planning to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with creative, account, and post-production teams to schedule shoots, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Prepare production timelines.
- Manage budgets.
- Supervise on-set and remote production activities.
- Address any production-related issues that arise.
- Ensure smooth communication among internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Qualifications
