About the Role
The Real Estate Recruiter is a full-time hybrid role based in Niceville, FL, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role focuses on identifying, sourcing, and recruiting real estate agents to the team from daily prospecting phone calls, texts and emails, online platforms, networking, local events, and industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit real estate agents.
- Prospect agents via phone calls, texts, emails, online platforms, networking, local events, and industry partnerships.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Nurture prospects.
- Conduct phone and video screenings.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Guide candidates through the selection and onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, refine role profiles, and promote Hiller Group’s value proposition to prospective agents.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Track recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber real estate talent.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Talent sourcing and recruitment processes in real estate or a comparable sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport fast and conduct effective interviews.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, follow-ups, and candidate touchpoints.
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM or applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and video conferencing software.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of residential real estate operations, licensing requirements, and local market dynamics in or around Niceville, FL is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certifications or a real estate license are a plus.
