Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant at Specialist Staffing Group (SSG)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conducting initial candidate screenings and assessing suitability for open positions.
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent requirements and market trends.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and databases.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
