About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant/Personal Shopper role at Crepdog Crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their style preferences.
- Provide personalized fashion and sneaker recommendations.
- Upsell products.
- Guide customers through product selections.
- Coordinate outfits.
- Suggest accessories and care products.
- Handle basic sales activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer retention.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Product Knowledge (sneakers, streetwear, accessories)
- Fashion Consulting (styling, trend awareness, outfit coordination)
- Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Sales Skills (upselling, cross-selling, point-of-sale processes)
- Prior retail or fashion experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with streetwear and sneaker culture is beneficial.
- Basic inventory handling is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced store environment is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge, especially in sneakers, streetwear, and related accessories.
- Fashion Consulting skills, including styling, trend awareness, and outfit coordination.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, respectful, and engaging interactions with customers and team members.
- Excellent Customer Service skills focused on building rapport, active listening, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and supporting point-of-sale processes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Weekend and holiday availability is an advantage.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am - 8pm
