About the Role

DOC Pharama (An Fledge Healthtech Pvt Ltd) is an e-commerce platform focused on doorstep medicine delivery. This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Verifying prescriptions.
• Dispensing medications accurately.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing orders received via the platform.
• Checking drug interactions and dosages.
• Providing clear counseling and guidance to customers on safe medication use.
• Maintaining proper storage and inventory of pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment.
• Managing documentation and records.
• Supporting internal quality and safety protocols.
• Contributing to an efficient, customer-focused operation.
• Upholding high standards of professional ethics and patient care.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharmacy qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), with valid registration from the appropriate pharmacy council.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription validation.
• Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and handling of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Ability to use digital tools and pharmacy management systems for order processing, documentation, and communication.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Detail-oriented work style.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy under time pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai, including shifts as required.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or online pharmacy settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
