Strategy & Founder’s Office

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site strategy & founder's office role based in Mumbai. You will work closely with the founding team on strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and key decisions across defence and drone technology initiatives. This is a long-term role with a 6-month probation period, followed by a revised salary and growth path for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and prepare strategic reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and support go-to-market and partnership strategies.
• Prepare fundraising and investor communication materials.
• Drive cross-functional projects and coordinate with engineering, operations, and business teams for timely execution.
• Prepare executive presentations and maintain project documentation.
• Support defence expos, demonstrations, and field trials, and travel with the leadership team as needed.
• Contribute to long-term roadmap and policy discussions relevant to the defence and aerospace ecosystem.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Ability to structure strategic plans, business models, and execution roadmaps for technology-driven products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive presentations, investor decks, and internal documentation.
• Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and coordination with leadership and technical teams.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, Excel, PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Background in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Prior experience in a founder's office, strategy, business operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Interest in or exposure to defence, aerospace, drones, or deep-tech.
• Professional, reliable, and disciplined with good attendance and timely reporting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup, prioritize multiple initiatives, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Willing to travel for business events.

Compensation and Growth

• Probation Period (First 6 Months): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and fit.
• Post-Probation: Salary revised to ₹4–6 lakh per annum, based on performance.
• Performance reviews at month 3 and month 6.
• Clear growth path with promotions for consistent performers.
• Close access to founders and defence, government, and investor engagements.

• On-site at Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai. In-office.
