About the Role
Recruiting at Total Quality Logistics (TQL) offers a career-building opportunity with an industry leader. This role focuses on finding top talent for all non-sales departments across the organization. You will manage the entire candidate search process and the needs of dedicated hiring managers.
What you’ll do
- Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
- Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
- Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate onboarding experience.
- Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
- Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- The ability to work with the latest technologies.
- Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
- Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
Qualifications
- College degree preferred, but not required.
