Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Associate to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models.
• Assess and grade the quality of AI-generated content, ensuring it meets strict linguistic and structural standards.
• Escalate ambiguous data inputs and collaborate on improving classification rules and standards.
• Deliver high-volume data review tasks efficiently without compromising on precision or accuracy.

Requirements

• High-level critical analysis skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced textual and visual data.
• Prior experience in data annotation, quality assurance, data review, or content evaluation is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
• Consistent, high-speed broadband connection and a quiet remote working environment.
• Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
