Operations Team, Donestic AIF CAT III

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru as part of the Operations Team for the Domestic AIF Category III fund. The role involves managing day-to-day operational processes related to investor onboarding, trade execution, reconciliation, and reporting for the AIF.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Supporting smooth transaction flows.
• Handling routine investor communication on operational matters.
• Assisting with documentation and KYC processes.
• Helping to improve operational workflows and controls.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with fund operations or back-office systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong operations skills, including experience in Operations and Operations Management, preferably within financial services or investment management.
• Solid analytical skills to handle data, reconcile transactions, and support process improvements.
• Effective communication skills to interact with investors, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation to manage investor queries and provide clear, professional operational support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA Level I) are an advantage.
• Understanding of AIF regulations and basic capital markets concepts is preferred.
• Ability to work with accuracy under deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high ethical standards.
