Article Trainee

About the Role

The Article Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role offers early-career professionals exposure to diverse industries and modern business practices. The position is designed to provide structured training, mentorship, and practical exposure to professional writing and business communication in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft articles, case studies, and blog posts related to HR, digital marketing, and IT outsourcing topics.
• Conduct basic research.
• Organize information.
• Prepare initial drafts.
• Revise content based on feedback from senior team members.
• Assist with documentation.
• Assist with report preparation.
• Assist with internal knowledge materials.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort using common productivity tools (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Willingness to learn new platforms.

Qualifications

• Must be a CA Inter both groups qualified (no CMA candidates).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to structure clear, concise, and professional content.
• Basic research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather information from credible sources and summarize it effectively.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to follow guidelines, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Management, or related fields preferred) or currently pursuing professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CS, or similar.
• Demonstrated interest in HR, digital marketing, consulting, or IT services through coursework, projects, or internships is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Hyderabad and maintain a professional and inclusive approach with colleagues and clients.
