About the Role
Standard Electric Company is seeking an Emerging Professional to join their STEP (Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals) Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured career development.
Key Responsibilities
Through a structured rotational program, you will gain experience in:
- Warehouse and Distribution Operations
- Inside Sales and Customer Solutions
- Business Operations and Analytics
- Outside Sales and Account Management
- Specialized Career Track Development
Participants will also:
- Learn from experienced leaders and industry experts
- Participate in professional development workshops and training programs
- Collaborate with peers across the organization
- Travel to company locations for networking and learning opportunities
- Present strategic projects and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements & Tech Stack
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, or a related field
