About the Role
This is a general application for Direct Support Professionals in the Lincoln community. Schedules, hours, and locations vary as support teams are built around each individual's needs. Many current opportunities are during after-school, evening, and weekend hours. Overnight shifts are not currently offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal goals, and skill development.
- Support community participation, social engagement, and independence.
- Build positive, professional relationships with individuals and their families.
- Help individuals live meaningful, self-directed lives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed.
Qualifications
No prior experience is required.

Additional Information
- Pay: $22/hr
- Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
