About the Role
Dray Consulting Services LLP is a professional services organization focused on delivering high-quality training and educational solutions.
This is a remote role for a French Trainer (B2 level). The trainer will design and deliver online lessons to learners aiming to achieve or strengthen B2-level proficiency in French.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan lesson content.
- Conduct live virtual classes.
- Assign and review exercises.
- Provide individualized feedback on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Assess learner progress through tests and evaluations.
- Adapt teaching materials for different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with the training team to refine curricula.
- Integrate digital tools into lessons.
- Ensure an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Remote teaching tools
- Learning management systems
- Ability to conduct interactive online sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in French Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to guide learners to B2-level proficiency.
- Experience in Teaching and Education, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- B2 or higher proficiency in French (C1/C2 preferred).
- Clear, professional communication in English.
- Relevant academic qualification in French, Languages, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliability in maintaining schedules.
- Attention to learner progress and outcomes.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and a learner-centered approach.
- Background in Teacher Training or coaching other educators on effective instructional methods is an advantage.
