Key Responsibilities
- Contract setup
- Submittals
- Assisting with the bid package process
- Change orders
- Assisting with the scheduling of the project
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-3 Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to contract notification provisions.
- 0-3 Years of experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and their associated technical specifications.
- Ability to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved.
- 0-3 Years of experience with project close-out.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field, OR 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Must be a flexible and adaptable team-player.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
