About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Manager. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants an opportunity to develop valuable business and leadership skills. No previous account management experience is required. We provide structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to help new team members learn our clients, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing client products and services in a professional, customer-facing environment
- Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Supporting new customer acquisition and account growth
- Providing accurate information about client offerings and promotions
- Maintaining strong communication throughout the customer experience
- Tracking customer interactions, sales activity, and account information
- Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team objectives
- Participating in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training
- Learning the fundamentals of account management, sales strategy, and business operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continued development
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership, or other people-focused environments is helpful but not required.
