About the Role

As an Associate Application Developer at IBM, you will work in IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients. You will help solve business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting, gaining hands-on experience on client projects. Key Responsibilities

• Help organizations transform customer service, improve operations, and accelerate digital innovation through modern applications and cloud technologies.
• Support clients across various sectors including healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing.
• Gain hands-on project experience, professional and technical mentoring, career coaching, and exposure to emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and automation.
• Develop specialized expertise within an assigned practice through structured learning, mentorship, certifications, and client projects.
• Simplify business processes, enhance employee experiences, and automate enterprise operations as part of the ServiceNow practice.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants, developers, architects, and business professionals.
• Build technical expertise, earn certifications, contribute to client projects, strengthen consulting and communication skills, and establish a foundation for career growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
• Exposure to technology projects, application development, or automation concepts through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Curiosity about workflow automation, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation.

Qualifications
