The Management Trainee opportunity is located in the McKinney market and may support branch locations throughout McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Sherman, Greenville, Collin County, Grayson County, Hunt County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Gain hands-on learning through guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to always put customers first.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
