Associate Product Manager

About the Role

Rockstar is recruiting for an Associate Product Manager at an AI voice agent company that is the market leader for mortgage lenders. Founded in 2024, the company has experienced rapid growth and is at the cutting edge of economic transformation through applied AI.

• Compensation: $110K - $150K

Key Responsibilities

• Direct AI agents to build AI agents, primarily using Cursor and Claude Code.
• Stand up new voice agents, rework existing ones, and extend internal systems.
• Own voice agents for enterprise customers, talking to them directly to understand their needs and translate them into agent functionality.
• Verify every change through evaluations and simulations before deployment.
• Build new agents end to end within a few months.
• Grow into handling complex use cases like pulling credit and recommending loan products.

What You Will Own

• Agents for a set of the company's largest lenders, managing both the work and customer relationships.
• New agents, end to end, from understanding customer processes to building conversational flows.
• Pattern recognition across customer requests to identify opportunities for new features.
• The quality bar for your agents, deciding on deployment readiness and feasibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Work primarily through Cursor and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with AI scheduler and dialer concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise-grade privacy and security.
• Experience with flexible A/B testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with low-latency, real-time infrastructure.
• Experience with 99.9% uptime systems.
• Familiarity with advanced simulation and evaluation systems.

Qualifications

• This can be your first product role.
• An unusually strong writer; clear writing is crucial for customer communication, agent instructions, and documentation.
• Strong judgment to prioritize tasks when facing more requests than time.
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed in problem-solving.
• Real curiosity about AI.
