Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role

The Finance Development Program (FDP) is designed for early-career professionals seeking a broad and well-rounded learning experience to prepare them for future leadership roles at Mauser. The program spans 2-3 years, with participants completing various rotations of approximately 6-12 months each, designed to enhance technical and leadership skills. Rotations will offer exposure to different finance disciplines at Corporate, Group, and Plant levels.

Program Goals

• Experience broad and cross-functional opportunities, fostering exponential growth technically, analytically, and professionally across multiple finance disciplines.
• Gain in-depth business knowledge and build relationships across the finance team.
• Develop and build skillsets through ongoing coaching in analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication, with mentorship for professional development and advancement readiness.
• Deliver results by being driven and learning quickly in each rotation.
• Participate in "Lunch & Learns" and build relationships with colleagues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Prior work experience not required, though roles are also open to individuals with work experience.
• Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely.
• Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change.
• Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of ethics and integrity.
