About the Role

The Volunteer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. This role provides hands-on exposure to industrial processes and offers opportunities to learn and take on greater responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations on the shop floor and in related administrative areas.
• Assist with basic machining or assembly tasks under supervision.
• Organize tools and materials.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record production data.
• Support quality checks.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Actively participate in team discussions and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Interest in manufacturing, machining, or industrial operations, with a willingness to learn hands-on shop-floor processes.
• Basic organizational and record-keeping abilities to support production documentation and daily reporting.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully, adhere to safety protocols, and work responsibly in an industrial environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors, technicians, and other staff.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate manual tasks, in line with safety guidelines.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial disciplines is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning and supporting operational needs.
