About the Role
The Marketing & Growth Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Guwahati, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics.
- Support basic sales outreach.
- Maintain positive communication with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Basic Sales skills.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Interest in growth marketing.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Guwahati.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
