About the Role

The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, supporting daily operations of rice processing, quality monitoring, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with production activities.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Helping track inventory and warehouse movements.
• Working closely with team members to maintain efficient workflows.
• Preparing basic documentation related to shipments or orders.
• Communicating operational updates to supervisors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to follow production procedures.
• Ability to operate or assist with basic machinery under supervision.
• Ability to support warehouse handling and stacking activities.
• Basic understanding of quality and food safety concepts.
• Willingness to learn standards such as ISO 22000.
• Willingness to follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with production, warehouse, and logistics staff.
• Attention to detail for recording quantities, checking labels, and supporting documentation related to orders and shipments.
• Physical ability to work on the factory floor, stand for extended periods, and safely handle materials in accordance with company guidelines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to structured shifts and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
