About the Role
YMS Holdings Private Limited is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead the development and management of its proprietary investment portfolio. The role involves deploying and managing YMS Holdings' capital across Indian public markets, with an emphasis on building a disciplined, scalable, and risk-controlled investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the investment strategy.
- Managing portfolio construction and risk.
- Building and leading the investment/research team.
- Maintaining detailed performance and attribution reporting.
- Evaluating strategy scalability.
- Establishing institutional investment processes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable edge.
- Strong risk management capability.
- Verifiable track record that can be independently substantiated.
- Significant experience managing institutional or proprietary capital.
- Experience with AIFs, PMS, institutional trading desks, hedge funds, family offices or alternative investment platforms viewed favorably.
- Experience working directly with promoters.
