Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize financial data from different sources using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Build basic financial models, budgets, and forecasts with guidance from the team.
• Analyze income, expenses, margins, and cash flow to find trends and improvement areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis and compare actual results with budgets and targets.
• Create charts, summaries, and presentations to explain financial findings clearly.
• Check data for errors and maintain accuracy in financial reports.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting concepts (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL (Good to Have).
• Basic understanding of ratio analysis, valuation, and budgeting (Good to Have).
• Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software (Good to Have).
• Any finance course, certification (NISM, CFA Level 1, Financial Modeling) or internship experience (Good to Have).

Qualifications

• Students and recent graduates in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), BA (Economics), CA Inter, or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in finance and analysis.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
