About the Role

Cadence Education is searching for an enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our warm, dynamic team. This role is for an individual with a love for kids and childcare experience, passionate about childcare, daycare, or early childhood education. You will be a key player in creating a joyful, nurturing environment for our youngest learners.

Your Exciting Role

As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will:

• Align with Cadence Education's philosophy and foster a positive, engaging learning space.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum.
• Tune into children's interests, ensure their safety, and enhance their play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Share ideas for a balanced daily schedule including quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor fun, and fine and gross motor activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Super flexible and ready to jump in during business hours.
• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a bonus.
• A big heart for infants and a passion for their growth.
