About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking an Offshore SAP FLM to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SS FLM group accountable for timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Review support execution & reporting on various accounts and provide direction and guidance.
- Ensure the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for respective Account DMs.
- Responsible for Continuous Improvements & overall Delivery excellence.
- Coordinate with GRM/VMG/TA for timely fulfilments.
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
- Achieve benchmark utilization of resources across the SS pool.
- Responsible for periodic reviews, recognition & rewards for SS resources.
- Manage resource attrition and retention.
- Coordinate with HR/IT/Admin & other support functions to provide a conducive work environment.
- Adhere to SLA adherence, daily triaging, and ticket updates.
