About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking an Info Technology Associate to join their team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify inaccuracies and anomalies
- Investigate anomalous or faulty data
- Adopt data corrections measures and/or log tickets to escalate to client-facing support teams
- Streamline the data auditing process and bring inefficiencies wherever possible
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate Fresher, non-technical background
- Experience with Data Auditing using Ops Portal (Operational Portal) and Remedy
- Ability to communicate (Oral/ Written) effectively to exchange information with clients
- Strong Analytical skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
- Required schedule availability for this position is any 5 days in the week. Shift timings and working on an extra day basis may change as per client requirements.
Qualifications
- Any non-BTech graduate with English as a compulsory subject
