Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates based on communication, technical skills, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
- Willingness to learn US IT Recruitment and staffing concepts.
- Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
