Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide feedback on online video search results to improve content and quality.
• Review and evaluate video content, including potentially upsetting or offensive material, to make internet browsing safer.
• Rate video content found in search results for relevance and quality to improve user experience and protect users from unsuitable material.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Punjabi and English communication skills.
• Resident in India for the last 3 consecutive years.
• Familiarity with current and historical Indian business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Understanding of various social media environments and dynamics, including memes, virality, and trends.
• Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other forms of social media.
• Experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content.
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection.
• Personal computer with antivirus software.

Qualifications

• No previous professional experience required.
• Must pass a basic requirements assessment, including a language test and an open book qualification exam.
• ID verification is required.
• Work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks.
• Access to guidelines and learning materials will be provided before the exam.
