Freight Disptacher, US

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Freight Dispatcher role based in Noida, supporting US-based logistics operations with a salary of up to 50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight movements.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Assign loads to carriers and drivers, ensuring on-time performance and cost efficiency.
• Manage dispatch boards.
• Monitor shipment status.
• Update tracking systems.
• Communicate proactively with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Handle documentation and compliance requirements.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Escalate exceptions or delays as needed.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize routes.
• Maintain service quality.
• Support continuous process improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using logistics, TMS, or dispatch software.
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight dispatching or logistics coordination for US-based operations.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, routing, and scheduling.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, drivers, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shipments, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, records, and shipment updates, with a focus on compliance and service quality.
• Willingness to work US shift hours as required.
• Willingness to operate on-site in Noida.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of US geography, transportation regulations, and carrier practices is an advantage.
• Prior experience with international freight is a plus.
