About the Role
The Project Development Intern will support the design, planning, and execution of product and process improvement initiatives across Innosagar Makers’ portfolio. This is a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering requirements.
- Conduct market and technical research.
- Prepare documentation.
- Coordinate project timelines with cross-functional teams.
- Draft project reports.
- Contribute to prototype or concept development.
- Track progress against milestones.
- Communicate updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Learn standard project management practices and tools.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational understanding of project management concepts, including planning, task tracking, and basic documentation.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project tracking platforms).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote full-time setting.
- Curiosity and interest in product development, innovation, engineering, or related fields.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to evolving project needs, and contribute proactively to cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in engineering, technology, design, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior academic or project experience in product development, innovation, or engineering is an advantage.
