About the Role
Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patients’ needs with the nurse’ competencies. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Nurse
- Texas State License for Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
- Must have active healthcare provider BLS (ARC or AHA) on hire.
- Must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
- For RN in Behavioral Health: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of hire or transfer into department.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience
- None for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health.
- 1 year in acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis.
Preferred Experience
- 2 years in acute care for Med/Surg.
- 2 years in a psychiatric facility for Behavioral Health.
- 2 years acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis.
