About the Role

The Center Coordinator will join the St. John’s MedTech Incubation Centre at St Johns Health Innovation Foundation in Bengaluru. The Centre supports healthcare and MedTech startups through structured incubation, mentorship, clinical engagement, and access to institutional resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Centre and supporting incubated startups.
• Facilitating engagement between startups, clinicians, researchers, and institutional teams.
• Supporting healthcare innovation, prototyping, validation, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Coordinating innovation programmes, workshops, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Managing programme documentation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, Management, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in healthcare/MedTech innovation, incubation, research translation, or programme management.
