Key Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Must To Have Skills

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components.
• Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems within broader enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing software solutions.

Qualifications

• 15 years full time education is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
