About the Role

SIPL Fitouts is a growing fit-out contracting company specializing in turnkey execution for QSRs, cafés, and restaurants across India. We manage civil, MEP, interiors, signage, and final handover, using our project-centric communication platform, Signyn, to streamline execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interiors, and signage works.
• Read drawings, track site progress, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, materials, and client representatives.
• Monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and manage snag lists.
• Use Signyn for project communication, task tracking, and documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BTech in Civil Engineering or a degree in Architecture.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-outs, QSR, or retail projects preferred.
• Good understanding of drawings, site execution, and project planning.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
